At Buy Musical Instruments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't hit the right note, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Instrument
Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the instrument to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
